Design your own completely custom form! This premium wire-bound, 2-part multiform book adds convenience and reduces lost forms. The plastic coated heavy guage wire binding allows the book to lay flat when open. These booked forms include a wraparound cover with flyleaf, with no perforations on the last part of each form, securing it to the book. Each book contains 50 Sheets, 200 2-Part Forms per book. Product is available in quanties of 5-books (1,000 forms), 10-books (2,000 forms), 25-books (5,000 forms), 50-books (10,000 forms) and 100-books (20,000 forms). The crash imprinting process requires the use of vector format, 1-color, straightline format artwork. Backprinting is not available.
