At Inkspire.com, our comprehensive all-inclusive pricing includes free basic artwork setup for all orders. However, should your project require advanced graphic services such as extensive layout planning, creative conceptualization, content creation, stock photography acquisition, photo editing, logo design/redesign/redrawing, or other intricate design work, our dedicated team is ready to assist you.
Our Standard Process
Prior to commencing any project, a member of our graphic design team will meticulously review your product and project specifications, as well as examine any artwork, graphic files, content, and layout samples or setup instructions provided by you. Following this review, they will reach out to you directly to address any queries and determine whether the scope of work falls within the parameters of our basic artwork service.
If the project qualifies for our basic artwork service, our team will proceed with the setup, providing you with an initial proof for review. This allows you the opportunity to suggest any necessary changes, with up to two additional rounds of revisions provided along with updated proofs, ensuring the final design meets your exact requirements.
In scenarios where the artwork setup demands services exceeding our basic offering, we will directly reach out to you to address the following:
A) Options and/or requirements aimed at aligning the scope of work with our standard inclusions. This may involve:
- - Providing your logo in vector format.
- - Presenting a rough sketch or an unrelated design sample for reference.
- - Transcribing text/copy from a scanned original into a Word document.
- - Streamlining a complex design or converting a multi-color design into a single-color version where applicable.
B) Engaging in a detailed discussion regarding the scope of work necessary to achieve your project objectives using your supplied resources, prior to furnishing a formal price quote based on our estimated time required for completion.
In all instances, no billable graphic design work will commence without your explicit approval.

With your provided content, instructions, and a selection of 5 favorite reference logos, we will develop 4 unique draft logo designs, allowing for revisions on 2 designs. Upon receiving feedback on the revised designs, you'll have the opportunity for up to 2 additional rounds of revisions on one of the designs before receiving the final logo files in both PDF vector format and high-resolution transparent PNG formats.
